Co-Living Community Standards

Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, quiet, and respectful environment for all residents. By living in our co-living homes, tenants agree to follow these community standards:

• Respect all tenants and shared spaces at all times

• Keep common areas clean after each use

• Follow the assigned cleaning schedule and trash duties

• Remove shoes before entering the home (shoe storage provided)

• No smoking or illegal substances inside the property

• No unauthorized overnight visitors without approval

• Quiet hours are enforced to maintain a peaceful environment

• Tenants are responsible for keeping their private room clean

• Report maintenance issues promptly

• Furniture and provided items must be kept in good condition

• Keypad door codes are private and may not be shared

• Parking must follow designated parking instructions

• Professional weekly cleaning of common areas is provided in some locations

• Failure to follow house rules may result in fees or lease violations
