How Our Co-Living Process Works

We make it simple to find a room, apply, sign your lease, and move in.

1. Choose a Room

Review available rooms, pricing, bathroom setup, parking, and move-in availability.

2. Complete the Application

Applicants complete screening through our rental platform. We review income, background, rental history, and fit for a shared living environment.

Sign Lease and Pay Deposit

Once approved, you’ll sign the lease, pay the required security deposit, and confirm your move-in date.

Receive Access and Move In

Most homes use coded locks for the main entrance and bedroom doors. You’ll receive move-in instructions before your scheduled move-in date.
